All the users allowed to submit a maximum of two abstract/paper/posters per membership. One registration fee includes only one abstract/paper/poster presentation. 

Additional Paper: 50% discount will be applied for the second article.

Registration is mandatory to attend the conference. At least one of the authors of the abstract/paper/poster should register and attend the conference.

*During the registration and the payment, please mention the title of your paper.

** The book publication fee for the book chapter will be charged additionally. The fee for each book chapter is 200 TL (40 EURO).
Book chapter fees will be added to the registration fee automatically while the registration process.

- At least one author of each accepted paper must register and attend the SUTIS to present the paper.
- The registration fee does not cover transportation, visa, insurance, and tours.

The registration fee includes (Virtual):

• Participation in all sessions
• Participation Certificate
• Cost for publishing the papers (each max. 6 pages long),
• Cost of attendance for one participant.
